Nutrition and Diabetes Education Services

 

Our Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator is here to serve you! She sees patients in-person at our Christopher location and via telehealth from our other locations and can help sort through the confusing and overwhelming nutrition messages to find what works best for you.

  • Kidney Disease

  • Liver Disease

  • Allergies

  • Weight Concerns

  • Gastrointestinal Problems

  • Cancer

  • Pregnancy/Lactation

  • PCOS

  • Dysphagia (trouble swallowing)

  • Disordered Eating (or anxiety/compulsivity around food)
