We have Community Resource Coordinators on site to assist our patients in their time of need. Whether it be assistance with your medical bill, signing up for insurance, or transportation. We are here to help!

Forms of Payment

Christopher Rural Health Planning Corporation welcomes all private pay, full and partially insured, Medicaid and Medicare patients. For patients without insurance, we offer a sliding fee scale based on income and family size to ensure that quality compassionate health care is readily accessible to everyone.

 

Our Fees

We maintain an established fee schedule for all medical and dental services provided. This fee schedule is reviewed annually by the Board of Directors to ensure sound financial advantage to our patients, and to ensure that the fees are consistent with community standards.

 

Sliding Fee Scale

Our sliding fee scale offers significant discounts to individuals and families who qualify on the basis of limited income and / or family size. Discounts offered to all regardless of ability to pay.

 

After-Hours Care

During hours when the clinics are closed, our health care providers are readily available by telephone via our 24-hour answering service to assist with emergency and critical care situations. We also offer after hours Video Visits so that you do not have to spend hours waiting in an urgent care or ER waiting room.  Book your video visit by clicking here.
